Things to do in Orlando

Going to Orlando next week and was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions of things to do down there (Bars/Restaurants/Clubs) or anything else worth doing/seeing.

If you like Italian, a restaurant called Babu (sp?) in the College Park area of town is the shiznit.
