Stars $10+1, 3 handed at level 3 (and got that way at level 2)

Hold'em No Limit - Level III (25/50)
Seat 2: Villain(3938 in chips)
Seat 7: Hero(3027 in chips)
Seat 8: OtherGuy(6535 in chips)
Villain: posts small blind 25
Hero: posts big blind 50
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Hero [Kc Kh]
OtherGuy: folds
Villain: raises 3888 to 3938 and is all-in
Hero: calls 2977 and is all-in
Villain: shows [5h Jd]

Does this mean villain is a 2+2er?

Your opponent made an ATROCIOUS play so I would say...I dunno, could be a 2+2er.
