German archaeologists reconstructed a 28,000-year-old stone phallus nearly eight inches in length. There was evidence, they said, that the phallus had been used as a tool.

I saw a pic of it on Yahoo or maybe Drudge. It's quite a bit smaller than my own tool at 7 inches, but once they pieced it together it is definately the first dildo on record.
