Get a $100 Bonus in August!

InterPoker have upped our popular monthly promotion in August to a massive $100!! All you need to do is deposit $25 or more and we will match your deposit 100% up to a $100 bonus

Firstly the wagering required to clear your bonus to play in poker is coming back down to 5 (five) times the bonus in raked hands. For example a $100 bonus will require only 500 raked hands to clear.

Sounds good, but have they lowered the bar for what they consider a "raked hand"?

When I signed up the T&C said the pot needed to be $20. Probably not bad if you're 2/4 or higher. Otherwise looks like you're in for a long haul.

Thanks for the responce.

Well, that is still a sweet bonus. Despite crappy software, I will probably start playing some 2/4 there pretty soon.

Looks like they are looking at lowering the raked hand reqs.

We've recieved a lot of positive feedback about the reduction in the number of hands required to clear the monthly bonus that was introduced last month.

However, we've also listened to those of you who enjoy playing on our lower-limit tables and have found the alteration has made the bonus harder to achieve; and sure enough we're going to help you guys out !

As I write, the wheels are in motion to change the bonus structure so that our lower-limit players will find it easier to clear the monthly match ! I will write to you again with additional details as soon as it is changed.

Wow, that is good news. I used to look foward to this bonus every month, and I am a low limit player.
So last month I tried Blackjack and Ponton to try and clear the bonus and busted out.

Has anyone ever actually gotten an email back from these people, when you have written to ask them a question. I'm just wondering if I should keep the faith and wait for a response.

Actually, they raised the bar. /images/graemlins/frown.gif A hand must now be raked $1 or more to qualify ($20 pot or greater). Hopefully there will be some relief from this based on their statement, referenced by another poster above, that they're going to do something to help low stakes players clear the bonuses.

I've had zero luck e-mailing, but great results on the phone.

Awesome news. If they they lower the amount of rake for a hand to qualify I will definately start doing this monthly bonus.

Replies from customer support are pretty bad.
Replies from the manager are actually pretty good. I got a very nice reply from Ryan Hartley when I let them know that I was leaving their site until they became more micro-friendly.
