Looking for information on the tourney and the room. How big is it and how many tables? How many plyers do they expect for the tounament? Any information would be appreciated.

The room itself has something like 3 tables.

Their normal action isn't very good. There is usually a holdem and an omaha game going but not always. The games don't start until 6:00 pm or so, then break up around 1:00 am. The best that can be said for the games is that they are sporadic. Some nights they will have 2 holdem games, but most they can barely keep 1 table full.

For the tournaments they will move poker to the bingo hall. The tournaments usually draw quite a bit of people given the location of the casino. During their tournament week I would expect a lot of their tournaments to have over 100 entrants.

since there are more people for the tourney, does this mean that there is more side action then normal?

Hi, I'm a player from the area and can give you the inside scoop...they will have a 10/20 half-kill omaha 8/b going around the clock during the tournament, usually 2 of them. they will have a 4-10 spread limit omaha 8/b going most of the time. a 2-10 spread limit stud 8/b going most of the time, a 4/8 and 6/12 hold em game. and when the time is right a 5-10 pot limit omaha high and a 20/40 half-kill omaha 8/b. as for the tourneys there will be over 100 for most of them.
