no worries, let's just pretend you open-pushed (as you should have) - call

Yep. I think most players have their own addendums to the 10BB rule. Here are two of mine:

1. If a standard 3BB raise is appropriate and is going to leave you with <10BB just push.
2. If you are in EP, passing through the blinds will leave you with <10BB and you have a hand worth raising with just push.

To the OP: call this re-raise with absolute quickness.

I don't understand why everyone seems to think this is an easy call. You need about 55% win% to be +ICMEV here. Yes you are short but with the blinds this low you still have a reasonable stack if you fold. Also, notice that the SB is pushing his comfortable medium stack into the huge BB despite the fact that he can almost surely wait out on of the small stacks and make the money. I can't put him on a wide range at all.

Wow, that's a great point. When I first glanced at this post (without really analyzing it) my first reaction was "easy call". But you're analysis seems spot on. Great post.

It's an easy call since you've noticed your opponent pushes all sorts of random crap. I'm cheating because I remembered his SN and checked up on what Playwview would be telling me in that spot. Upon closer inspection, he calls all-in with JTo, re-rasies a 3BB opening raise all-in with KJo, and has a dumbass screen name.

You have too many hands dominated to fold here imo.

It is an 11, the blinds raise pretty quickly.

These players cannot fold aj/aq 4-5 handed. Those reasons alone make his range wide enough to call here. Also it is completely plausible he is doing this with nothing in an attempt to buy you out of the pot. I have seen it done before.

I push preflop though.

If his range is 88+, AJ+, you don't have the win% to make the call +ICMEV.

Even if he is a crazy donk, how much looser than that can he get with the big stack yet to act? I mean....he's risking 40xBB!
