**clasp your hands together like the picture, SQUEEZE your fingers and pull outward for 45 secs to a minute. Then stop pulling, but don't move your fingers. Face your palms up, and let your fingers just sit there, DO NOT move them at all. After 1 minute, straighten your fingers.

You can get the same effect by making a reallllly tight fist for like a minute. Then SLOWLY try to straighten your fingers.
