This is one of the first hands, but UTG has already shown serious signs of donkitude: holding up play all the time, super-fishy, incoherent chat, and showing hands for no reason.

Who re-raises preflop? I prefer calling with JJ since I've got no idea what this UTG raise means. I doubt he would do this with any hand I dominate, so I'd like to see a flop before sending in a lot of chips. There's a good chance I can get him to put chips in with missed overs, and I think he'll bet if he hits. The number of callers made me a little sick...

Who pushes the flop? At the time, I was thinking about all the people behind and all the hands they might be tempted to push, such as AJ, JT, AQ, or AK, where I could call with even more dead money in the pot. I decided to call.

Who folds to this turn? Does anyone smooth call here to try to induce a call from CO, even though calling the 200 turn bet pot-commits him anyway?

Thats not all that ugly. Push. I guess we could scare ourselves into thinking EP raise=AK but that would just be silly.

I'm fine with just calling preflop. See what the flop brings.

No way in hell I fold this.

i suppose you're afraid of AK, but you're certainly ahead of CO here ... could UTG have Q9 or Q10 ... i think its a push or fold situation since calling leaves your chipstack crippled and most likely you're facing an all in bet on the river

maybe he has a set of 10s and hes trying to figure out a way to get all his money in the pot

Anyway, me too. I just wanted to make sure pushing the turn as I did wasn't crazy.

Raise on the flop. Push the turn raise, but you've gotten yourself into an awkward position. You're guessing he doesn't have AK (which I doubt).

POOSH. Stop thinking about folding sets in NLHE. It's wrong. On the flop, that board is scary, and a nine or an eight may make you fold this, (doubt it). Plus, you're going to get action right now.

I might have pushed the flop, in part to avoid second-guessing myself on a semi-scare card, and in part because the overpair will likely call you then. The repeated bet size on the turn seems like a scared AA or KK. Poooooosh!
