I'd have to say it's hard to find a good gentleman's club in most major North American cities. Perhaps it's our stay at home culture, perhaps it just the fact that such institutions are politically frowned upon or perhaps no one just has the cohones or balls to truly set one up.

No I am not talking about brothels, whore joints, burlesque houses or massage parlors. These all exists in in their secretive state and are perhaps as integral part of society as a barber shop or the closest 7/11 to your house.

I'm talking about a real gentleman's club. I'm talking about a place where I can go sit back, have two beautiful girls beside me with my arms around them having them feeding me grapes (or whatever). I'm talking about a place where she will actually have enjoy a good drink with me and actually make me feel like a king. I'm talking about a place where I can ultimately feel like I can truly be made to feel like a man in all ways.

Such clubs exist all over eastern asia in most of the major cities. Ladies spend the entire evening (for a price of course, ranging anywhere from $50 US to over $1000 US depending on what city and which club).

These girls are trained in every manner to please a man and to cater to each individual man's needs whether it be on a conversational level, emotional level, and yes of course the sexual level. No fuss, no argument. They are good trained hostesses who work smart and hard for their money and I am willing to happily pay for their service.

I've been to the ones all over Asia. They're overrated. Generally much sleazier and not any better than the ones here really.

how can this be? ive been in europe for about 8 weeks and the institutions in Prague, Krakow, Berlin, and Amsterdam are truly amazing. unless you have been here, one cannot believe the caliber of women that work in these places and what they will do for $120 US from what ive previously heard Asia is supposed to be even crazier?

You can really get enjoyment out of paying some skanky bitch to do some sort of play acting with you for her pseudo-affection? I really don't get that at all.

I also think anyone who gets off on a lap dance needs to have their head examined. I have seen boobs and bellies before. Up close even. That's just not going to do anything for me, especially when it's a paid service.

In places like Manila, Bangkok, $100 US will get a LOT, sometimes two girls for the whole night. Cities like Shanghai, Taipei, Beijing, Soeul will have a higher price tag for the more younger and beautiful women. Still for a couple of hundred US a night a guy can have a fantastic time.

Just how am I being egotistcal in this post? I am merely making an objective statement based on my experience and the experience of other men who believe/experience the same. Where have I stated anywhere that by paying for such services makes me a bigger man. I believe you are confused. There is a big difference with a trained hostess who knows how to make me feel like a man as opposed to myself feeling like I am the bigger man compared to my fellow brother who doesn't believe in this stuff.

Considering poker players derive income from people who pay them to take their money - don't you have a hard time being judgemental about someone who wants to pay to be ogled by good looking women. Less so because he has no problem with admitting exactly what he is buying. The service they provide is basically like going to the movies, except it's a lot more interesting and entertaining.

Too bad Lawrence wasn't around for the Japanese occupation after WWII. My old man was a sailor there. He had some good times, which were documented with some cool pics. I would love to hang in a geisha house for an evening someday.
