What is the most hands any of you have played in a month. I have played 40k. I am going for 120k hands played this month. Any body ever hit close to that number.

i do this stuff full time and my biggest month was around 50,000 hands of short handed and about 65,000 total - i'm confident given my life history that i am the quintessential degenerate gambler - not sure what this will make you but whatever it is cant be healthy

I normally play 500-1000 hands a day if i play most of the day.

Having done near that number myself, I will tell you straight out, it might nearly kill you.

I tried for 50k last month and only got 26k - the more I play this game, the less I can play. The higher I play, the less I can play too. What can I say, I'm a girl.

I agree, although I only play a lot when i need money, and as I play higher I need money less, so there is definately an inverse relationship between the two. Also, fwiw I would never play close to 120k hands in a month. I consider 35K to be a fantastic month in terms of work done.

Are you gonna suffer any type of burnout? IMO, if you're playing full-time, or you at least putting in full-time hours, you should easily hit 40-50k in a month if you don't suffer from easy burnout. I partied hard this week, took two days off, and I still got in almost 11k this week. I guess see me in 6 months and see if I'm singing the same tune, but putting in about 5-6 hours a day of 4-tabling doesn't seem to be overly stressful. But 120k is a different story.

thanks for the advice but I am trying to move up to the highest limits before the boom ends. I will post the results, I am teachig my brother and girlfriend to play so it will be a 31 day marathon. I just read the profesor, the banker and the sucide king. I want to get to the next level. I will post my stats daily.
