Not sure what to do here. The BB bumps to 300 next hand and if I fold that leaves me &lt;3BBs after posting the small blind. I called and his range was as wide as I expected - he flipped Q9o. Does anybody fold this? Why or Why not?

I like the fold here, if you expect a loose push range you are best 50/50 against this. I would wait and push the next hand if its folded to you.

The question of what range you are 50/50 against isn't really relevant, but it made me curious enough to run the numbers.

ICM analysis
Call and win = .242
Call and lose = .0452
Fold = .128

.128 = .242x + .045(1-x)
.083 = .197x
x = .42

So, you only have to win 42% of the time to break even.

With the blinds going up and 6 short stacked players, I think this is a call.

His range was proven wide enough to make at least make this a close call, but his range could have been much wider. No way to tell if he would have pushed worse hands or not.
