With 77 on a Jxx flop, I would fire a larger continuation bet, maybe 2/3 pot. With your tiny bet, you make it easy for villain to bluff. You probably have to fold to the raise.

Preflop, raising from fairly early position with 77 is aggressive. It may be OK, depending on your style and how the table is playing.
