You should be folding this preflop unless CO is a maniac, in which case you want to cap.

Flop is fine.

I don't like the river bet. It looks like you're behind QQ or JJ alot more often than you're ahead of AA or KK here. You don't want to let MP push CO out of the pot on the river. You're better off getting a definite 2:1 (MP bets CO calls, you call) than betting and having to pay 2 to get the same 2 bets in.

I fold preflop. Flop is a straightforward call. Turn 3-bet feels best, since AQ/AJ/AA/KK are around a lot more than QQ/JJ. Still, losing MP2 with a 3-bet is a bad situation, especially when you're sometimes behind CO. After the turn cap, the river bet is absolutely terrible.
