a hand to cry about:

two points:
1) I limped preflop going for the limp-reraise.
2) betting on the end is probably an error, but any other thoughts about this disaster?

Yeah, tough break. Limping PF? Of course it probably had no baring on this hand - unless he's experienced enough to not call a 4-6x from UTG w/ Ax. I personally don't mind occasionally limping AA/KK in EP on a full table. More times than not you'll get the raise you're looking for. When it fails to come, you have really put your hand in jeopardy seeing a flop 4,5,6 handed.

But this flop? Obviously, it couldn't have worked out better. The flop bet was about right, though I would have bet even a little less - 1/2 maybe. It's important to 'dunk' at the flop here, to get some action from behind.

Hitting your boat on the turn - eureka! Your teaser bet is just about pefect to get calls, and maybe even a raise. I'll give these odds to a 1-outer A holder all day. Unfortunately he hit it.

The river sucks for sure. An Ace holder is obvious at this point. It's hard to check/fold, but you might have concidered this and just chalked it up to a very bad beat.

Summary: PF I'd be more inclined to limp UTG with the blinds a tad higher, where people are looking to make moves. Other than that - no problems IMO.

Wouldn't that be a two-outer? I didn't see anyone's shown hand in the history, but I don't see how anyone else could reliably be put on an ace.

I agree with the rest.

I hate the limp with KK.
