As you can see, I had been on a nice run at this table although I had busted out most of the players who saw me accumulate it and most of the table came in afterwards.

PT has only 20 or so hands from villain but thus far he hasn't played many hands (about 15% VP$IP). Being check-called on the first two streets has me worried villain has a seven. Should I be?

[/ QUOTE ]My standard raise here is to $3.00 and it usually limits the opposition just fine. However ith two limpers before me, I should raise more, agreed.

Now, I didn't bet more on the turn and I had the check behind question for the river because I was worried villain had trips.

[/ QUOTE ]$40 would cover villain, putting him all-in.

I checked behind here. Villain had Quad sevens. I lost far less on this hand than I might have and the memories of my Aces losing to quad deuces was in my head the whole time.

the check-behind is good. the only hand that a 15% VPIPer would call on the river with has a 7. i don't see a naked Q calling a river bet from them either.

i would, however, have gotten a good value bet in on the turn. $25 or so.

Anyone see him with something like 88-JJ or KQ?
