Villain is as a whole loose and passive. Goes in with mostly anything, and will call down with bottom pair. However, he will occasionally try to bluff out pots.

Raise the flop.

I don't like your turn raise. He sounds like the sort of player who's not folding a better hand, so you're only raising a bluff out of the pot. You're better off letting him bluff into you again on the river.

River fold is good, considering the action.

Don't semibluff against calling stations. Call the turn.
