being in california i usually hit up the arco/ampm chains because their gas is pretty cheap and they got those delectable burgers in the warmer. which gas station do u usually go to or does it not matter much?
sorry this thread is not about farts, i know at least one person is gonna express disappointment about that.

Which chain is not a factor, only location and price. Unless I want to buy some item other than gas as well.

Cumberland Farms, because it's the cheapest and right down the street. I think they are affilliated with Gulf.

I go to which ever station is the first right turn.

I'll drive across town if I find a station that is $0.03 cheaper per gallon.

i am like a lower life form when it comes to gas stations. i don't think about it until i'm about to hit empty, then i just go to the first gas station i see. there is really no thought involved.

In my neck of the woods it's either Superamerica or QuickTrip. I hate that Quicktrip won't carry a decent frozen pizza though.

I go to Shell. There's a pretty significant difference in quality in the blends of gasoline provided by a major corporation like Shell and convenience stores like Arco AM/PM chains. I don't know specifically about the Arco AM/PM chains but the Raceway chains in NJ, for example, obtain their gasoline by mixing all the gasoline from the refineries that the big corportations rejected due to quality concerns.

Waiting until you're near empty is bad for your fuel pump.
