I have to think that that Queen on the turn sucks for you. I might have gone for a cheaper showdown at that point.

PT stats = We want VPIP/PRe flop agg/Agression factor @ HOW MANY HANDS?

I call the raise at the river.

Unlucky if he turns over Qx

I'm not sure what the stop-and-go on the turn is for if you're going to 3-bet the river. I think I slow down after the turn raise on the 2nd Queen; maniac or not he really likes his hand.

Why slow down on the turn and then go nuts on the river?

I would probably check call this river.

Id check the turn and either fold to raise or call him down

In the 5/10 6-max game that's a normal player. Seriously, this is very tame compared to what most people understand a maniac to be.

You can't keep putting unlimited raises in with one pair on this type of board. It's too easy for him to have a queen or JJ/33--common hands. Checkcall the river or possibly bet the river and call the raise if you strongly feel he's lost touch. 3-betting the river is just not possibly unless Villain is truly playing without any regard for his cards.

I just call it down after the turn raise.
