No, but given your pre-flop action, these flops should be easy to get away from.

I had an overpair to the board....how do i get awy from that......if i did something wrong explain

I would have raised to 250 pre-flop with both of em and pushed the flop. Does that help?

Poker does often happen. However, it is not often enough to make our decisions based on it, so you shouldn't put a lot of emphasis on poker happening, just don't be surprised when it does. Hope I helped.
