I'm getting into lot of trouble with the midle pocket pairs.
How does my play look?

I'd 3-bet the flop in hand 1. We don't mind BB folding any worse hand he may have since he has 6-outs.

Hand 1 I cap if the BB has a pfr about 10. You have to 3bet the flop, cold calling 2 is worse than folding.

Hand 2 You HAVE to 3bet pf.

I strongly suggest 3bet pf on hand 2, you would like to isolate him since you have position on him and get those blinds to find.

I don't like cold calling with 88. In the first hand I think MP3 has two overs a lot and he's raising to get rid of you and get a free card. I 3-Bet almost every time here to protect a hand that is probably vulnerable. The second best play is folding. Calling is not smart, especially if you intend on folding the turn. If you plan on calling the flop I suppose your inention must be to call down.

On the second hand post flop is ok, but I say raise or fold on the flop.

I think your mid pp's play would improve if you increased your raises and folds and called a lot less.
