I did this earlier, I can't decide if it was bad play that got lucky or if it was good.
Button is a LAG.

4 handed 1/2

Hero is UTG with 9 /images/graemlins/club.gif 9 /images/graemlins/spade.gif
Hero raises, button calls, sb folds, bb calls.

Flop
2 /images/graemlins/club.gif,Q /images/graemlins/club.gif, 3 /images/graemlins/heart.gif
bb checks, hero bets, button raises, hero calls.
Turn
T /images/graemlins/spade.gif
Hero bets...

I dont know how much i like this line, i guess it depends how laggish the player is. If you are planning on folding to a raise and check calling the river i dont believe it's too poor of a path.

If you think your good I would either 3bet the flop and lead the turn or call down.

Well, if he is a lag, in the pretty marginal situation I would just c/c,c/c. I really don't like putting alot of bets in with this.

What were your reasons for betting the turn?

I would reraise the flop and lead the turn or check-call it down, depending on the player (usually check-call).
I dont like your line.
