Check-calling looks good. I bet/fold here though.

Betting seems silly to me, an 8 or 3 are unlikely holdings for either villian so you can't expect to get action very often when you are ahead so I would check and call a reasonable bet.

If one of the has A8 and checks behind... oh well.

I'm betting and hoping that an 8 or a smaller PP pays me off. You will have to fold to an all-in reraise though. Still worth the bet IMHO.

Sometimes an AK or AQ will pay you off here too.

Am I the only one that folds to the pf raise here?

On the river I like leading out kind of weak. I think that you'll regularly get called by a donk with A high if you don't bet too strong. If you do check and he bets he's probably got you beat, why would he position bet with A high or a weaker pair?
