This is 1:45 into a Stars $10+1 Rebuy
Blinds are going up to 200/400 ante 25 in under a minute.
Avg. is ~13,000 | Chip Leaders ~55,000

I've only played 1 orbit at this table.
I saw Villain do a check-raise already once and both opponents folded.
He also min-raised my big blind, and I raised it up and he folded.

so his min-raise tells me he's a bit of a donk, and I also gather he likes to check-raise. anyways...

What do you think? Is calling better?

It seems like its the best play. Your move has some FE in there in most cases, and when you DO get called, you have a lot of outs to make the nuts.

Its easy to say you should have been more passive, knowing the way the hand panned out, but I am pretty sure i would have played it the same way.

FWIW i play it the same. you have a monster hand. if he just has an overpair you are a coinflip to the river, you have great FE, etc.

Well played on every street IMO, you are only a significant dog to AA or KK and even then you have ample outs.
