Is this excessive?

Should I be playing this for a standard raise? Seems like any raise commits me to the hand. Is that not so?

I dont play at party but Ill give it a shot.

EDIT: woops thats not party.

I think that raise would commit you. And if you didnt do a standard raise, they get in with anything.

Now, Cody is big stack, so he might call however you raise it.

Push/fold? I think I might push.

If I read the hand right you are pushing from the CO with ATs. I think this is pretty standard, but I believe this is a fold from MP.

You played it fine. I think you'll find that most people on this board deplore the idea of standard raising in this spot.

Sometimes, I know I'm gonna catch hell because I did something stupid. FOITNOF keeps me humble, and reduces the pain when I do.
