MTT on PS

This is the first time I have made it to a cash in a MTT on Poker Stars, when they get close to the bubble do they allways shut down the chat?

They just shut down chat when someone is allin or they shut it down on the bubble in turbo rebuys due to the ease that people could help others by telling them to stall, etc.
