It's early, so no read on BB yet.

Note that BB has 1K left after betting the pot, so do you just push it all in now figuring he has overcards or a 6? Or would you try the min raise and assume he has you beat if he pushes in? I don't think calling is an option. SB acts behind me too.

5 people saw the flop.

Its likely/possible someone has trips or even a boat. You don't need to get involved here, classic case of no set/no bet.

You are correct its incorrect to call furthermore, incorrect to raise.
