Posting Pictures

Can somebody give me a quick tutorial on how I can put pictures on my post. Not pictures from the internet but pics from my computer. Is it possible?

The pictures have to be on a webserver somewhere. You can use your own if you have one, or upload them on imageshack (http://www.imageshack.us)

Then you just click the Image link when typing the post and paste the url to the image.
