I was just wondering what most do preflop with JJ facing a min raise?

HH is confusing, so you must be on the button?
I usually call in this spot. The raise is only a small portion of your stack, and you don't need to play the hand as strong preflop with good position. A minraise from a bigstack at the $10 is usually a weak hand, so see a flop and reevaluate with that in mind.
