Hand 1- I fold.

Hand 2- I raise a bit more preflop. 45 at this point in the game will get more callers than I want. Given the way it played, I call the all-in.

Hand 3- Raise it more preflop to limit the field or limp it for set value. As played, I call.

Hand 4- Open-raise all-in preflop.
