Digital Voice Recorder Recommendations...

I need to buy a voice recorder for lectures, I prefer something digital so that i can save lectures to my computer and then put them on my portable player if I want to listen to them on the go or for whatever....recommendations?

A lot of MP3 players have this functionality, kill two birds with one stone. iRiver players are a good example.
