Seeing as
(a) All forums were created equal in this website
(b)the expression 'STICK IT IN HER POOPER' is routinely used in a certain forum of this page,

Can I use this expression in the Politics Forum, to denote a political position?

Examples of a fitting premise:

-- IS CONDI RICE READY FOR HER TRIP TO ASIA ?
-- DOES HILLARY MAKE A GOOD CANDIDATE ?
-- WILL ELTON JOHN SING A PROTEST SONG IN VEGAS ?

Why in the world would you want to use such a classless and disgusting expression?

Cyrus you really should learn to be a bit more couth.

Why do you seem to enjoy wallowing in things that appeal only to the lowest common denominator?

I am withholding my vote on this poll as an expression of my distaste for such low-grade expressions.

We are humans, not hogs. Just something to bear in mind.

Leave it for OOT. The last thing we need is that stupid cliche posted here.

i thought humans were the only species who practice anal sex. wouldn't this make the practice unique to human nature?

We should try using phrases that express our true sentiments, something like -

Blow it out your arse.

My only encounter with "stick it in her pooper" was a very tasteful, timely, and hilarious jibe the law. I say keep it.

Can't argue with that, I guess.

M, I think Cyrus may soon suggest that Joe McCarthy was a great American hero. /images/graemlins/grin.gif A few months ago I suggested an over 50 forum--with a few exceptions to the age minimum. I still think it's a good idea.

I never seriously considered it before, but upon reflection I think it would be a good thing. There'd be a lot to discuss (you and Andy should feel free to enumerate some of the topics), and the maturity level would probably preclude a great deal of the...the sort of things you'd like to preclude, anyway;-)

Congratulations on the green name, MMMMMM. I have enjoyed reading your posts on her for some time and find them very insighful.

By the way, am I allowed to say SIIHP in my future politics posts?

Non-permissible conduct is outlined in the Terms and Conditions

http://www.twoplustwo.com/terms.html

The most applicable paragraph seems to be:

"Operating Policies

The operating policies of 2+2 set forth the rules that govern your activity on the 2+2 website. While using 2+2 website, you may not post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, or otherwise objectionable information of any kind; including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international laws.

While you are free to post on the 2+2 website using an alias, you may not post pretending to be someone else.

2+2 and ConJelCo reserve the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this Agreement. Continued abuse will result in your being banned from posting on the 2+2 website."

So, in answer to your question, if that phrase or abbreviation is either: pornographic,...obscene,...or otherwise objectionable...it should not be used.

Now, I'm not going to vigorously police the forum with a fine-toothed comb (although egregious offenses, if I catch them, will result in a warning or banning). I do however urge everyone to show a modicum of acceptable manners and decent taste.

Some things may be borderline, too, of course--and that's where the M Moderation Guideline might come into play:

If people try to follow the spirit of the Terms and Conditions, then hopefully the letter of the Terms and Conditions won't need much enforcing.

Hope this helps.

I see. So you will be very libertarian in your moderation?

MMMMMM
07-29-2005, 01:26 AM
Hard to say. But the less I need to moderate the better it will be for all, and the better the forums will be, too.

Fear not, Cyrus...I would never dream of using that heavy leather belt with "Cyrus' Behind" inscribed on it in rich bold letters.

It's there just for the hell of it, really.

Or perhaps a forum for those of us with member numbers under, say, two thousand. How many defended Thermopylae?
Perhaps that's a better number.

Three hundred Spartans made the last stand at Thermopylae (http://www.geocities.com/the_temple_of_ares/300spartans.html). If there was a "Nearing Senility Forum" we make it automatically. We shoud also allow any new member who can prove they went to Woodstock or played baseball without parental supervision.

PS While checking out your recent posts Googled that infamous whale movie. Some movie sight wants 59 bucks for it! And it's not even a DVD.
