Collusion or stupidity?

This looked very suspicious at first: limps around to the big blind, who min raises, then one of the original limpers makes a moderate raise, then big blind folds. But once I saw the hand that the re-raiser had, I figured it was just a case of two idiots. In fact, even if they were colluding, if they chose to make this play with these cards, they are idiots either way.
