I think it's a fold because it's for 75% of your stack.

u've got over 5bbs left...u aren't desperate yet

utg is prolly pushing with a wide range here, but 36 still doesn't beat that wide range...and getting to 800 chips if u do win the coinflip (that u are already behind) won't help you too much...u need to double up twice or do some blind stealing and calling an all-in with 36 won't help u steal blinds; plus u are most likely a decent sized dog here

fold and push any 2 when u are first in pot next

I would fold and hate myself for doing so, mostly for FE reasons.
