Eurobet $33 sng

Were both of the pushes below good ones? BB in the first one was very tight and had folded himself down to a short stack multiple times only to find a monster hand to double up with it.

Were this both ok pushes or did i misplay either or both of them

In the first hand, I think you have to ask yourself, what is BB's calling range? Have he been folding a lot (tight) How much have you been pushing previously?

hand 2 I believe is an auto-push.

I had pushed from the SB vs him last round but apart from that not much at all. I figurd he needed a big hand to call and a big hand he found.

Hey, I played an SNG with you tonight (xodiri).

I like both pushes. In the first push I'd be a little worried that he's getting desperate and is willing to call with a fairly wide range, but I'm still pushing.

Yeah i remember that one. I thought u were a 2+2er becuase you kept pushing from SB to my BB. I was tempted to spite call you but thought better of it. Bummer about you bubbling, i ended up coming 3rd with my k,k losing to a,5 when he spiked an ace.

I will add you to my avoid list. Or at least still on your right and hammer your BB /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I dont really like the first push, your risking alot to win a little with a marginal hand. I think you could get the same result with just a raise and not risk all the chips. Obviously if he re-raised your most likely beat, but you might have the odds to call so this play could be flawed. Correct me if im wrong.
The second push is close for me. I hate pushing from the first position, but having K hi means you usually wont be dominated(ppl usually call with Ax). I would personally wait for a better situation, but if you have been tight you might get people to fold decent hands. Your gonna need alot of sucsessful steals to build your stack up to be in contention, but risking busting on the bubble even when you dominate someone might be incorrect. If some1 smarter than me knows i would like to hear their opinion /images/graemlins/smile.gif

First push is clear, 2nd one is much closer. I would definitely push KTo in the 2nd hand...

Having 2 less people able to wake up with QQ-AA is incredibly important, especially going from 3 active players left to just one.

I autopush hand 1 unless Villain is bent on calling absolutely any 2.

I think in a $11, people widen up their calling ranges enough for you to fold hand 2.

I´m not so sure the first hand is an autopush. BB has a low stack and will have to make a move soon, which means his callrange is widening. Considering that I think TJ is dominated too often to push here.
Maybe I´m too weak though, would like to here more oppinions on that hand :-)

It's a push, and it's really not close. Even with a somewhat widened calling range, a push here is mathematically unexploitable.

The second hand, eh...close. I could go either way based on the table.

Push #1, I don't think it will work as well in the $10s or $20s, however in the $30s, its a good push.

#2 is automatic as far as I'm concerned.

Yep, difference is about 300 chips between K9o and KTo here, quite mad.
