Assume you turn on the television and you see a boxing match on Fox Sports.

One boxer is hispanic. Another boxer is african american.

The two names displayed on the top bar, indicating the names of the fighters, are "Lopez" and "Jeffries".

What odds would you set for:

-the african american boxer to be named Jeffries/Lopez
-the hispanic boxer to be named Jeffries/Lopez

This reminded me of something kind of funny. My old (white) boss would watch boxing with his daughter, and ask who she wanted to win. If it was a black guy vs. a white guy, and she picked the white guy, he would ask her why. He was trying to impress upon her that she should never root for one of the men just because he was a certain race. Instead, she should find some other reason to root for the white guy. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I'd probably set the line at 4-to-1 for Lopez being the Hispanic. Although, considering you asked this question...my guess is the names were reversed.
