i heard somewhere that we have the most bars, stripclubs and micro-brewerys per capita of all the other states.

Kell's is cool, but its kind of small. There are a few bars in that area. Seems like Pearl District has quiet a few as well. Most of the bars in SEP are kinda lame, Goodfoots is ok.
