You're toast on the turn. If CO raised the flop on a draw, he's going to take the free card on the turn vs. two people instead of continue the semi-bluff. A 7 has you drawing dead and a K leaves you a 3 outer. Easy fold.

With one overcard, not closing the action and a two flush on board is this clearly a call of the flop raise? Are you calling two big bets and dodging a diamond to see if a turned jack holds up/is good ? I always seem to call here, but it seems to lead to shitty situations. But hey, I'm not seen as a folder!
