2:1 pot odds. The call is fine, if you take it hopefully he gives you his stack, nothing to tricky.

looks fine. if i happen to know that the raiser is a bullshitty type of raise, i'll push when it gets back to me preflop often. however, i find that these small raises behind limpers are often non bullshitty types of raises.

there's an argument to be made for leading on the flop, but then there's good arguments to be made for no set no bet too. honestly if the raise had been to a larger amount i would be more inclined to bet into the flop.

yes, but to call the 45 more preflop he's getting 30+75+75+the blinds to call 45, which is way better than 2:1.
