Pan Mass Challenge - am I cheap?

Three guys from my baseball team and one of my neighbors are riding in the Pan-Mass Challenge (http://www.pmc.org/) . I sponsored one of the guys last year to the tone of $200.

I want to give equal amounts to each rider, but I think $200 each is excessive. What's the right amount?

The correct answer is: ask the Warden what amount she wants to donate to the charity this year (remind her of of her nephew whose BBQ you skipped), and then split it 4 ways.
