I know what they all stand for, but what's the difference? Do they differ by state?
DUI = Driving Under the Influence
OUI = Operating Under the Influence
DWI = Driving While Intoxicated

I've heard that in some states DWI is a worse offense than DUI, but I can't verify that.

In NY
DWI - Is driving while intoxicated on alcohol.
DUI - Is driving under the influence of any other drug.
DUI is a harsher penalty.
