I noticed that Mat had deleted a post (mid-high hold'em, I think) last night,
and asked the poster to change his alias. Huh? Then I saw that
somebody else had objected to the poster's alias, and included a URL
to a Holocaust website that explained the meaning of the alias.
I learned something new, though it's not the sort of new knowledge that
I'm eager to acquire. Suffice it to say that the alias was a verbal knife
between the ribs for many people, indeed anybody with an ounce of
conscience.
Kudos to Mat for deleting the post and admonishing the original poster.
I'm all for allowing hate-filled kooks to spread their message, but not on
somebody else's dime.
