Does anyone here play tournaments at pokerroom?
I have played over 1200 tournaments there and I have
thousands of logged hands. I started logging all-in hands
and any have that is a so called coin flip.
I have won several tournaments there and qualifying
tickets and I am up at the site. But, (big BUT) I have
a big losing record in the coin flips and an even bigger
loss record in the all-in confrontations where I start
with a huge advantage. I only win about 50% of the hands
where I get all in with a guy and have about a 70% or
more advantage.
The following is an example of what I go thru there on a
daily basis.

Seat 1: BROWNTROUT12 ($3,035 in chips)
Seat 2: ..hank ($3,995 in chips)
Seat 3: UpUrAnte ($7,051 in chips)
Seat 5: Rebell1 ($4,460 in chips)
Seat 6: kdanielsen ($4,715 in chips)
Seat 7: MoP_86 ($2,015 in chips)
Seat 8: Marley [KS,AS] ($2,010 in chips)
Seat 9: xrobert1 ($2,905 in chips)
Seat 10: corus73 ($1,895 in chips)
ANTES/BLINDS
..hank posts blind ($100), UpUrAnte posts blind ($200).

PRE-FLOP
Rebell1 folds, kdanielsen bets $400, MoP_86 folds, Marley bets $2,010 and is all-in, xrobert1 folds, corus73 folds, BROWNTROUT12 folds, ..hank folds, UpUrAnte folds, kdanielsen calls $1,610.

FLOP [board cards JS,QH,10S ]

TURN [board cards JS,QH,10S,QC ]

RIVER [board cards JS,QH,10S,QC,JD ]

SHOWDOWN
Marley shows [ KS,AS ]
kdanielsen shows [ QS,AC ]
kdanielsen wins $4,320.
SUMMARY
Dealer: BROWNTROUT12
Pot: $4,320
BROWNTROUT12, loses $0
..hank, loses $100
UpUrAnte, loses $200
Rebell1, loses $0
kdanielsen, bets $2,010, collects $4,320, net $2,310
MoP_86, loses $0
Marley, loses $2,010
xrobert1, loses $0
corus73, loses $0

So I start at 75% to win preflop and move to 93% to win
after with a straight and the nut flush draw.
Then he goes runner runner full house.
I win about 50% of these confrontations overall but
lose about 75% of them if I am all-in and will be
knocked out of the tournament if I lose.

Anyone else have experiences like this?

Thanks

Marley

Nope. No one here has ever been through any bad luck streaks. Try the cardplayer.com forums.

Small sample size.
I've played on PokerRoom a whole lot...never had any issues.

I think the sample is large enough.
I have played over 1200 tournaments there.
By my estimates, I have seen at least 180,000 hands
in those tours.

I play on pokerroom, and yeah, I have days when it seems like I can't win no matter how good my cards and how bad the other guy's cards. But I also have good days and the occasional day where it seems like I can't lose. If AA was always a guaranteed winner against 72, we wouldn't get those 5 cards in the middle.

Well, I win 70% of my coinflips there and 50% of the time when I am a 3/7 dog, so that explains it
