Ok, so im doing pretty good in this thing, prob about 1 and a half hours in, im sitting pretty in around 30th place, this hand was my first hand at the table, and i get into a hand with the chip leader.

Did i play this hand fine?

Considering it was against the Chip Leader, what, if anything, did i do right or wrong?

fold preflop despite good pot odds?

Put pot odds aside here. I don't think they are relevant at all unless you can put your villian on a specific hand first.

What do you think he is reraising you with here? A-J? K-Q? JJ? Maybe JJ or even possibly 10-10, but you against most hand that reraise in this spot (AA,KK,QQ,AK) you are totally dominated. Why risk your whole stack against someone that can break you with a marginal hand here like AQ?

Once you decide to call you have decided to give your stack away to AK or AA when that flop hits. If you did get lucky and he had JJ or something, then great, but reraising here means that this guy does mean business. AQ isn't something I want to take to war in this situation.

Unless one of the players involved is under fairly extreme blind pressure I dump AQ to a pre-flop reraise - the domination factor is far too high and when I hit my hand my opponent can put me on the hand I hit far too easily - no need to get involved at this point as you still have a very healthy stack if you fold

In this hand I will lead out on the flop, probably 3k or so. If he reraises in this situation I can know better whether to lay down what I thought was a good hand.

I had this exact situation in a live tourney a month ago, I open raised PF, lead into the A high uncoordinated flop and was able to lay it down to a reraise. He showed me the AK after I mucked.

fold to 3bet pre-flop. only AQx or QQx are really good flops for you.

once you see a flop, i think your line is fine.
