for all those who DO have pokertracker, is this thing really useful?

Looks like you gotta use a little elbowgrease to get the hh in for it to analyze.

Its not...misreads hands...diffcult to load HH. Im at 2.7BB/100 over 10K hands and its rating me a C, I used to use it to calc. rake but I use poker grapher now.

I played pretty well that night. (Don't be results oreinted). Poker grader gave me a C. BS! I was on my A game. (ok that's probably a C). Anyway, Poker Tracker gave me a lot more useful feedback where poker graders feedback is lacking context. What does it expect where I got X's on the grade page? I do love the "luck" calculations on Poker Grader.

If you play .5/1 or above Poker Tracker is a MUST. Go get it. Now. Really. Then play 10K hands and check your stats against the FAQ in this forum.

Fix your big leaks, rinse repeat.

it was a being an ass post yeah, but it has some merit, you can run well above average for long time frames certainly 10k+ you might just be a breakeven player on a good run

but I don't know

I dont see myself adjusting my game, I think i played fairly aggresively over those hands(One days worth).

Can't wait to get pokertracker, Win $50 more at .25/.50 and ill buy it! But it means im stuck at .25/.50 for a while.

Technical Stats: 10
Luck: 8
Potential Profit: 8
Final Grade: 2

So of all the things on the site to look at, the final grade is probably the last thing. In fact, if you just only look at the first page, you will probably be doing yourself a favor. I've been working on retooling the report card section for a long time, but i've been spending a lot of time on PGC and I'm busy at work, so I haven't been able to implement it. So for now, dont judge the site by the report card, judge it by the stats page.
