Cellphone Poker? (not an affiliate post)

There is a well known poker site that is now offering real money poker on your smartphone. Has anyone tried it? I'm leary because I don't want to lose my connection in the middle of a sng. I have unlimited internet through sprint so otherwise I'm set.

Id say its really not worth it. One table? Are you gonna sit there for an hour+ playing on your cell phone?

bwahaha, I saw an ad for "Phill hellmuth rpesents" hold 'em on your cell the other day, about bust a gut (it was a play money only sservice I think). seems like it would be rather frustrating and dull to me

i don't see where it supports blackberries, or i'd give it a go

would be nice on long car trips or other times that you aren't near a computer

Ok after some research. I even when to RGP (GASP! I feel dirty) The software from pokerroom appears to :

a: BLOW
b: only include limit
c: only work on gprs phones

So looks like my dream of making $$ while sitting in traffic or waiting in the DMV is still alas......a dream /images/graemlins/frown.gif
