My main concern is about the river here. Villian didn't seem to get too out of line post flop. He was a little loose pf but nothing special. Is this an easy raise or should I be just calling this here?

I'd just call. Often enough, you are beat here.

just calling here is terrible

You can't put his turn donk bet on two pair or a set, so why would you make that assumption on the river when you hit your flush? Easy raise and call of the 3-bet.

Care to explain?

Wow - I guess I play this river too weakly then. He not only bet out but then also called a raise and three bet when the river brought in the flush and paired the Jack.
To me with most players that is strength and I have nothing close to the nuts here. I'll try to be more aggressive in these situations.

You didn't know he was going to 3-bet when you raised him on the river
