Hey I was going to buy this book, but not from Amazon where it goes for like $90. Someone told me to go to Ciaffone's website and I did. It said that this book would be out of print until July 2005. Well it is that time now and I wondering if anyone knew if they would be publishing a new version or if they were just going to keep printing copies of this. I really want this book unless he is going to add more. I also went to the gamblers book store and wasn't sure if they were selling the older version of the book or the millenium edition, because they show a picture of the older book. I order from them recently. Ciaffone himself has been directing people here since he has no copies left.

EDIT: Woops didn't read the rest of your post. I have it with me right now. It say's "Millennium Edition" on the inside cover. It was last printed in 2001.
