Weird network problem at EP

I was playing a set of 4 today and I ran into a weird network problem with 1 table only. I kept getting disconnected from 1 table and getting the delay so I would be able to play my hands for about 3-4 secs then I lose connection. I've had this problem before but with all my tables, never with just 1. I'm glad it was just 1 and not all 4. Anyone run into issues like this before? Also, does empire do anything in regards to refund for something like this?

I just got this on EP as well:

Only 2 people left, the river never came, I don't know if I got money or what happened. At least I didn't get any such sort of notice.

Thanks for the tip didn't know that detailed information was available.

I emailed them, they put 1st place amount on my account /images/graemlins/smile.gif I never did see that river but the other guy had pockets. So I was only about 13% to win it so I'm happy.
