I'm looking for a place that's relaxing, beautiful, has great mid-limit, pot-limit, and/or no-limit poker (hold'em), and isn't on the US mainland. Does such a place exist? I'm thinking something along the lines of the Carribean or the Bahamas and a place that's somewhat upscale.

Any suggestions? Thanks...

"...and a place that's somewhat upscale."

I take it you're running good.

It's more like I'm getting a little tired of work.

But, yes, actually, I've been having a good run lately... /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

I think there's poker in Aruba (up to $5-$10 and $10-20) levels, and it
has moderately good scuba and snorkeling.

Costa Rica has become quite a poker player destination. I've never been
there, but understand San Jose (SJO, not SJC) is a lovely town.

Regards, Lee

But then I wouldn't be daring enough to take stabs at the games that you play in... /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

Come to Vancouver. April to September is beautiful. A few nice beaches. Poker action is great, although 10-20 is the highest limit. There are lots of "upscale" hotels, including the Wedgewood, which was ranked 12th in North America by Conde Nast Traveler magazine (http://concierge.com/cntraveler/readerschoice/detail.ssf?tophotels).
