i feel like im missing value on these rivers

no reads on villain except 45/12/.72 over 85 hands in PT, so typical loose bad. on the river when he donks it seems like almost everytime im seeing 2nd pair or worse. anyone routinely raise here? i feel im missin alot of river value raises in these and similar situations.

I don't. If I had top pair, maybe, but I usually find these are total bluffs or some whacked draw that came in. Either way, I'm not too fond of raising without a strong hand or a read.

The vast majority of the time this is either better than one pair or a bet/fold. So raising is counterindicated.
